Quality Fitness, Simplified

We all have busy stressed filled lives. With work, kids and other stresses, fitness can often be put on hold until the next resolution. My job is to educate those about how to make fitness apart of their lives. There is so much confusion in the health and fitness yet obesity in countries like Ireland continue to rise. We hear "low fat diets are the best", only to be followed up six months later with "low carbohydrate diets are the key to fat loss" With a BA in sports management and coaching I have extensive knowledge in sports and exercise science. With these skills  I aim to simplify fitness with quality steps to help you reach your goals .
